My name is Alexey Morozov and I come from St. Petersburg. The Pas à Pas school was born out of my own history. In 2015, I went to France to study at the Sorbonne — I dreamed of the language, culture and freedom that comes from knowing French. The first months were a nightmare: I didn’t understand the lectures or my classmates, and I felt like a stranger. But step by step, pas à pas— I started talking. I found teachers who could explain it simply and fascinatingly, and I realized that language is not cramming, but live communication.

In 2020, I moved to the USA, first for an internship, then for work. There I saw that many people dream of learning French, but they have the same problems that I once had: fear, boredom, and lack of practice.

In 2022, I decided to create Pas à Pas, a school that teaches French not through rules, but through life. We have assembled a team of teachers and native speakers who are able to support and motivate. Now our students learn the language without fear, gaining confidence step by step.

The values,

that guide us

We help you learn French so that it becomes a part of your life, not just a textbook on the shelf

We kindly remind you that it’s time to take a trial lesson and test all our values for yourself
Each student comes with their own story and their own goals: someone learns the language for work, someone for traveling, and someone for an exam. We do not offer universal solutions, but adapt the program to specific tasks, pace and level
Personalized approach
Live communication practice
You can’t learn French from a textbook alone. Therefore, in the lessons we focus on dialogues, discussions and real situations. Thanks to the conversation club, students have the opportunity to talk about any topic — from work to travel
Experienced teachers
Our team consists of professionals with 8 to 12 years of experience. Many of them studied and worked in France and lived in French-speaking countries. They know all the difficulties from the inside and help students overcome them easier and faster
Modern techniques
We use modern materials, online tools and approaches that make the learning process more flexible and interesting. These are not boring rules, but interactive tasks, games, and work with relevant texts, videos, and podcasts
Support and motivation
We know that language is not always easy. Therefore, it is important to have teachers nearby who will support, explain and help you not to lose confidence. Pas à Pas is a school where students are not afraid of mistakes and feel progress at every step

Team that inspires you

to learn and achieve

your goals
